Prizes awarded/Winner
1)All prizes awarded on a Bicoastal Media station are done so in good faith that the “providing” sponsor or client is in compliance with all local, state and federal statutes.
2)Prize winners of Bicoastal Media stations understand that there is no “cash” value to any prize won on the station and that once prizes are claimed by the recipient, Bicoastal Media is not responsible for the outcome of winning.
3)Prize Winners of Bicoastal Media Stations may not trade or otherwise barter a prize for another consideration.
4)Prize winners of Bicoastal Media Stations must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise indicated in the promotion, must be a US citizen, and must be able to prove residency
5)Prizes awarded on or in conjunction with Bicoastal Media are in lieu of promotional consideration.
6)Sponsors, clients, affiliates, officers, employees, their families are not eligible to win.
7)Prize winners of Bicoastal media Stations will not hold Bicoastal Media LLC, it’s officers, employees, affiliates and family members thereof; responsible for any actions as the result of winning a prize up to an including death.
